Monthly plans cancel any month, annual plans at the end of the term. You try the 14 days completely free: you add a payment method, it is only charged after 14 days, and you cancel free of charge before. All prices net, for businesses and self-employed creators only. You report VAT yourself where applicable (reverse charge, in CH/LI as acquisition tax). Billing is in euros, also for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

FAQ
For every agency that works with creators: social media, influencer marketing and talent agencies as well as creator management. From solo managers to agency networks, with tax and accounting features for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Independent creators without an agency use their own creator account for invoices to brands, reminders and contracts, and with Creator Pro also for inquiries and media kits.
That depends on how you try it. The trial lasts 14 days and is completely free. You add a payment method when you sign up; nothing is charged until after 14 days, when your chosen plan becomes a paid subscription. You can delete a trial account yourself at any time under Subscription & plan. If you end the trial beforehand, there are no costs; the portal is then locked, but the account owner can export all data for at least 90 days. After that, only the records that must be retained are kept; everything else is deleted after notice.
We let you know in good time before a limit is reached. You can add creators (€6 net per month each) and team seats (€19 net per month each; with annual billing €60 or €190 net per year) yourself at any time under “Subscription & plan”, or move to the next plan. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata, a smaller plan from the next billing period.
Yes. Logo, accent colour and your own portal name appear in the header of the agency and creator portal, in emails and on the signing page. CreatorOffice remains subtly visible.
Yes. The creator portal is built for mobile and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Yes. Anytime, even after cancellation. The export contains all data and uploaded files, plus creators and brands as readable lists in import format.
Yes, at any time, even on an annual plan. You can also just ask us to delete your data. We charge no switching fees. If an annual plan ends early as a result, we bill the months started at the regular monthly price and refund the rest. Process, deadlines and export formats are set out in the terms (German), section “Anbieterwechsel und Datenübertragung”.
No. Existing subscriptions keep their current plan with price, limits and features. Switching to one of the new plans is possible at any time.
